Accessibility Information

Our Mission

We want our website to be accessible to everyone—including people with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments, and those who use a screen reader or rely solely on the keyboard.

In September 2026, we redesigned the website accordingly. We used the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA as a guide.

What We’ve Implemented

• All text and buttons have sufficiently strong color contrasts, even when they appear on top of photos.
• The entire website can be navigated without a mouse. The currently selected element is clearly highlighted with a border.
• The menu on cell phones and tablets is accessible to screen readers and can be navigated using the keyboard.
• The fields in the contact form are permanently labeled, and required fields are identified as such.
• Office hours, emergency numbers, and contact information are labeled in such a way that a screen reader can read aloud the relationship between the label and the information it represents.
• Each page has a unique main heading and a clear structure.
• Images have alternative text.
• The website can be zoomed in to 200 percent without losing any content.
• No cookies are set, so there is no consent notice that would interrupt your use of the site.

What Is Not Yet Accessible

• The drop-down menus (such as “Office Hours” or “Emergency”) open when you press the Enter key, not the Space bar.
• In the articles, the main heading in the “Similar Articles” section is followed by a heading that skips a level in the table of contents.
• The online appointment scheduling and video consultations are provided by another company. We have no control over their accessibility.
